I work with the hospitalist - Internal medicine INPATIENT. 7 on, 7 off for 8 hour shifts. Please ensure you are allowed to precept in the hospital setting prior to contacting me.

I am responsible for the assessment and plans for a variety of diagnoses on admission to the hospitalist for patients 18+

Perform home visits for Adult/Gero transitional care management, chronic care management, and palliative care patients through a home health agency.

Typically average 5-6 patients a day. Cover Mobile, Baldwin, and Washington counties.

Chronic Care management. Nursing Home practice through Optum CCM, UHG. Manage chronic and acute illnesses for nursing home residents at Mobile Nursing and Rehab and Grand Bay Convalescent Home.

Nursing Home residents. We treat patients in the nursing home for both acute and chronic issues. The goal is to treat in place as much as possible.
